“Safe, fun and friendly” is a standard we actively promote — especially important in junior grassroots football.

Children’s wellbeing matters more than winning. No shaming, screaming, or intimidation.

Encourage effort. Avoid criticising referees, opponents, or players from the sideline.

Bullying, hate or discrimination are not tolerated. Safety is the baseline.

Safety means kids-first behaviour, respectful language, and zero bullying or abuse — on and off the pitch.
